Hi, I am Ana Paiva. UI/UX Designer based in Berlin — helping companies solve business problems and craft digital products with excellence. I have an academic background in Multimedia Design, UX Design, and Design thinking.
Working with agencies and startups.

My work process covers multiple stages of the product development cycle, including Design Sprints, user research, interaction Design, User Interface Design, Prototyping, and Illustration.

Illustration and UI Design

Founded 130 years ago in Bielefeld Dr. Oetker is now one of the leading food producers in Europe. I joined AQKA Berlin in 2021 as a freelancer to support the redesign of the Platform. We worked in sprints, using the scrum and agile methodologies.

UX design and animated prototype

Vapiano app for Android and iPhone (iOS) combines mobile ordering and mobile payment, as well as a loyalty program for the user. The users can comfortably order and pay with their phones.

We worked in sprints, using the scrum and agile methodologies.

Many applications need to process payments for digital or physical goods. Implementing the payment functionality can be very cumbersome though, as there are many payment service providers (PSPs) that support various types of payment methods.

Butler – Client For Jenkins is the best Jenkins CI client for iOS. Its simple design, as well as feature richness, make it the perfect companion for your Jenkins server.

Redesign and improve the User experience on Android and iOS Apps.

Rapidly prototype and A/B testing.
Created high-fidelity prototypes and animations.
Worked on the final pixel-perfect UI.

Created an illustration package with modular components that people can mix-and-match to create their own compositions.
